The Fantasy Box
In 2012 in New York City, a friend and I co-founded and scaled a nationally recognized subscription brand for date-night experiences.
We were featured on The View, received 100% positive press, and built a loyal community across the country.
The company was later acquired by a 3rd party and is still going strong today.
There was no market for video back then. But I used that knowledge to design a groundbreaking project for a publisher a few years later.

Callisto Media is the fastest-growing publishing house in the country. Rather than traditional “hunch” publishing, they work in reverse, using big data to accurately forecast opportunities in the book market and exploit them.
As the head writer for a group of ten copywriters, my job was simple: convince someone to buy a book they’d never heard of—in less than 300 words.
I was responsible for delivering headlines, back cover copy, online copy, Amazon A+ pages including graphic design, and all peripheral advertising.

While everyone else was optimizing book descriptions, I pitched something nobody had tried.
